My First Verizon House Party

Disclosure: I am participating in the Verizon Boomer Voices program and have been provided with a wireless device and six months of service in exchange for my honest opinions about the product. All opinions are my own and were not influenced, nor reviewed, by Verizon prior to posting. Ad for Verizon
My First Verizon House Party

As a member of the Verizon Voices Program, I am asked to host two parties during which I share information about Verizon products and service. On October 6th I hosted the first of the two, and I’m excited to share with you some of my pictures from that day.

Verizon generously provides all of the awesome products we’re asked to talk about for demonstration and giveaway. Among the giveaways for this party was the Fitbit One and Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity Wristband, the Belkin NetCam, and Sure Response Personal Monitor.

Who knew Verizon offered so many products and services? Prior to joining the Verizon Voices Program, I certainly didn’t. And I’ve been a customer for years.

And, if all that wasn’t enough, Verizon even sent along swag bags filled with more goodies.

Included in each of the large reusable Verizon bags were a 24oz Verizon water bottles, a stylus/pen, a cell phone holder, and a flash drive loaded with great information about each of the devices mentioned at the party. Also included was a $50 Verizon coupon!

Even my tiniest partiers loved the swag bags!

But what kind of party would it be without food? For this party I made homemade BBQ Pulled Pork w/slaw sliders, Spinach Artichoke Dip with baked crusty bread for dipping, and a pretty fruit tray of fresh apples, strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple drizzled with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Dip.

A big “Thank you” to the Team behind the Verizon Voices Program, and to all of my friends who joined me in my home and via Skype, for making this first Verizon House Party so darn fun!
