Foodie Friday – Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I love lettuce wraps, and I have a dozen different fillings for them. This time I’m using shredded baked chicken breast, Franks Buffalo Hot Wing sauce, and Marzetti Blue Cheese Dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  1. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. granulated garlic
  3. salt
  4. pepper
  5. Franks Buffalo Wings Sauce
  6. Romaine lettuce leaves
  7. Medium cheddar cheese, grated
  8. Cherry tomatoes, halved
  9. Blue cheese dressing
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts and season to taste with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place seasoned chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and add 1/4 cup of chicken broth (or water)
  4. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  5. Remove chicken breasts from baking dish and, using two forks, shred chicken in a bowl.
  6. Add Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce to taste and assemble lettuce wraps.
  7. Top with blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
